As our lives, and especially healthcare becomes more and more complicated and technology oriented, we may sometimes lose track of how to exist or interact in our technology focused world. Additionally, many people who live in Farmington and the greater San Juan County area might not know of the various community resources that exist in the local area, state, and country. The purpose of this guide is to provide a "one stop shop" for people who are looking for the resources for struggling individuals that exist in the county and beyond.
Note, it's important to know that for many of these crisis hotlines, the operators on the hotline may contact police or social services without the consent of the caller, if they believe that you are a danger to yourself or others.
