Teacher Education Program
The Teacher Education program at San Juan College assists with education classes, licensure, and an in-depth understanding of standards and pedagogy. To prepare for your teaching career, you’ll learn from our expert faculty by utilizing a culturally relevant curriculum. The program has experiential, clinical and work-based aspects so you are ready for a career in education. The Teacher Education program works with area K-12 districts to broaden the teacher pipeline and ensure you will be a well-qualified and trained teacher candidate.

Education Research Complete (EBSCO)
Indexing and abstracts for more than 2,100 journals, full-text for more than 1200 journals and 500 books. Education research topics covered include all levels of education from early childhood to higher education, and all educational specialties, such as multilingual education, health education, and testing.
Educator's Reference Complete (Gale OneFile)
This collection of more than 1,100 periodicals and 200 reports is a great resource for any educator. It provides full-text for titles in the ERIC database and covers multiple levels of education from preschool to college, and every educational specialty—such as technology, bilingual education, health education, and testing. It also provides insight on issues in administration, funding, and policy.
